This report on the first-ever meeting of fourteen police, probation, and parole executives from throughout the United States, who met in November 1994, focuses on three main themes. They are: cooperation and information sharing, a shared mission of public safety and enforcement, and the recognition that all are searching for ways to prevent and control crime.
