Rules of Procedure for the Administrative Law Court

This guide provides rules to be followed by the Administrative Law Court. These rules are applicable to all matters within the jurisdiction of the Court, whether they are contested cases under the Administrative Procedures Act or heard pursuant to a constitutional command for a hearing.
