On May 8, 2002, the terrorist Al Muhajir flew from Pakistan to Chicago, planning to attack with a dirty bomb and failed. This time they are coming by sea. The terrorist Aziz, known as El Sinbad because of his love for the sea, is assigned the task of bombing Chicago. An Iranian orphan, Aziz is smart, ruthless and a zealot. With aid from his brothers in the Jihad he kills his way from Somalia to Spain and then to Canada. In Azizas way is Lieutenant Junior Grade Ulrich Holmes of the US Coast Guard. Ulrich, an Iraqi War veteran and the new Homeland Security Officer at Station Grand Haven, must risk everything to stop Aziz and save Chicago from radioactive contamination.
