It was quite an adventure for the Jackson family. After several years of living with little or no income, Harry had managed to find work in a coal mine in Pennsylvania. The children had never been out of the small town they had called home all their lives. Harry hated to uproot the family and move to a strange place, but he had decided that it was the best thing for his family. The children, especially Audrey, did not want to leave their friends and relatives. The whole family had a lot of adjustments to make. Audrey made the problem worse by pouting and fussing all the time. Finally, with the help of a loving family, she learned that you must make the best of whatever comes your way. Life is really what you make it, so always make the best of it.
