An unforeseen and abrupt autumn storm brings a tornado bent on destructionatwisting and turning its way towards the Anderson farm. Twelve-year-old Wendy Anderson is caught in a dilemma when she notices a younger girl in need of help as her father orders her to take cover. Wendy is now left with two serious choices that only she could make. Should she listen to her father and go straight to the cellar? Or should she risk her life to save the toddler? With not much time to ponder, Wendy makes her choice and disregards her fatheras demand and heads right out in the middle of the dangerous storm. Will Wendyas outright act of defiance of her father be forgiven for her bravery? The race is on as she battles the powerful winds to save the girl and get back to the storm cellar before the tornado hits.
