After the political assassination of Max Diamond (Prime Minister of the New World Order), Dragon Dagoth was appointed Prime Minister and quickly assumed the role as the worldas first empirical leader over the worldas first global government system. Mark Parkinson and others like him band together in hostile efforts to liberate their families from the oppression that the government has bestowed upon its citizens, forming a massive underground movement, the Order of the Snake, to overthrow the government and restore liberty and justice for all. This band of rebels sets out to destroy several government establishments and while doing so learns that the government has a few dirty secrets that have been unearthed in their volatile efforts against the New World Order that drastically changes their approach against their battles facing the Empire, all the while dealing with the infighting and treachery within their own organization.
