Lee battles loves to write. He was born and raised in the mountain country of northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama. He loves the mountains, the seas, and the skies above. He has run the ridges barefoot, waded the creeks, plowed and worked the fields, worked in factories, served in the Army, worked in offices, and traveled this beautiful country from coast to coast and north to south. He is a son, a dad, and a paw paw. He has been very blessed with many experiences in this wonderful life and further blessed with memories of them. It is the memories he shares, both good and bad, in the hope that anyone who reads them might pause a moment and think, Iave been there. Iave done that; Iave felt that. He hopes to kindle a smile, a reflective thought, a tear feathered with hope, but never remorse. All things happen for a reason, however painful or pleasing at the time, and we are all separate volumes of a grand anthology, which is Godas ongoing work in progress. God has blessed battles with the time and opportunity to share.
