Troy, a three-month-old baby, died in a house fire along with Chris the fireman. Chris agreed to look after Troy in Small Falls, but he rebelled and was sent to Angel Marie. There, he befriended a little boy named Joey. Troy wanted Joey to tell him about the living world being too small to remember when he arrived in Small Falls. Joey gave Troy a special stone and when he threw it, it landed him in a difference place in the universe. Troy would meet magical characters and mystical wonders; he would also learn valuable lessons. When those lessons were learned, he was sent back to Chris. Over a period of time they become the best of friends. Chris had the authority and the knowledge to travel from Small Falls to the living world. He had permission to take Troy on special occasions, that’s where Troy earned some authority to make his own decisions.
