According to recent reports, 559,312 deaths occurred due to cancer, 652,091 because of heart disease, 143,579 because of respiratory illnesses, 75,119 because of diabetes, and the list continues with high numbers and many diseases. This shows that thousands are dying right here in America and not from terrorists attacking us with bombs, chemical warfare or any other weapon of mass destruction. This book was written to look at the areala weapons of mass destruction we have right in the United States that are causing these horrendous facts. The goal is to bring awareness and to help shorten these long lists of death and destruction, which is not only physical death/destruction, but sickness can sometimes kill/destroy our dreams, our relationships, our children, our careers, or our self-esteem. This book discusses strategies to disarm the weapons so they can read more positively and not as grim as stated above.
