In ancient times, a Greek warrior is about to be immortalized by a god when the moment is interrupted, and the warrior is left with a mortal flaw. This interruption causes a seemingly endless chain reaction that a Greek poet tries to capture in his rhyme, which in turn will help the meaning of the poem and the event that inspired it to be immortalized. This interruption also caused that event to be divided between mortality and immortality, and also causes events experienced by a couple lost at sea to be divided into two. Their experience is constantly divided into two as the events they experience are part of a rhyme that can’t be broken. The couple must break the rhyme in order for their immortal love to interrupt the pattern of their mortal weaknesses during their lives, and ultimately to allow the meaning of the rhyme to achieve its potential.
