Have you ever had a past life trauma that you thought was buried forever come to the surface and haunt you? It happened to me. I had it so buried within myself that it will be six years in December since I remembered that I was abused by my uncle as a little girl growing up. I found a therapist who believed in me. In order for me to heal, I had to leave my comfort zone. My therapist is the one who molded me into the person I am today. My healing came with lots of pain, as I had layers and layers of pain to work through. One way of dealing with my pain was that I started to write down what I was feeling inside. This is my story through my writings. It comes from the bottom of my heart. I was just a plain, shy farm girl, but I have become someone who has taken on great challenges with determination not to quit my therapy until I reached the finish line.
