Welcome to Cuttersville, Indiana, population four-hundred thousand. It is pretty much the same as any other small town USA with the exception that Cuttersville is probably the most hopeless place to live. No one pays any attention to Cuttersville - after all, who would with its dubious statistics it lays claim to. Joey and his friends are pulled into a bizarre world where children are disappearing and no one is paying attention. A stranger is called from another time period to help Joey and his friends. The stranger has a dark secret and a host of bad people that are after him. Why was he sent here? Who sent him? But the stranger is only part of Joey and his friend’s problem. Joey and his friends will face betrayal and encounter people who are supposed to be dead. Can you hear the thunder? Something bad rides upon that storm.
