Notice Sur L'Etat Independant Du Congo (1905)

There is a serial killer loose on the streets of Brooklyn, New York. This killer targets a specific part of the population. His murders are shocking and heinous. Brooklyn is gripped in fear as two N.Y.P.D. detectives, Tracey Robertson and Mark Jennings, try to unravel this mystery. They have very little evidence to go on because the killer is elusive and covers his tracks very well. Itas a game of cat and mouse as the evidence mounts, leading them in many directions. Tracey is a beautiful and intelligent woman who is lusted after by many men. Mark, Traceyas partner, is not above having feelings for Tracey, but he is dedicated to finding the killer. The pursuit points to a mysterious watcher who is very adept at avoiding capture by the two detectives. Can Mark and Tracey catch the killer before he takes another innocent life?
