The identity of three suspects sought by authorities in an attempted murder case was unknown until Bradford T. Maxwell, P.I. teamed up with Det. Jacob Skylar, a crime investigator with the Santa Monica Police Department, and gave the authorities valuable information that was used in identifying the suspects. The situation spiraled into more twists than a maze. As the suspects continued to elude the authorities, one of them went into a wild rage, shooting one of the others, who gave the name of his assailant before dying. With this information, the authorities were able to identify the actual shooter for both assaults. Maxwell’s instincts led him to believe there was more involved in the case than what had been previously speculated. The attorney who represented the shooter in a prior case conveyed to Maxwell that the first victim was the suspect’s uncle and legal guardian over his inheritance, thereby establishing motive for one shooting.
