A Thirst for Blood originated from actual events that occurred in my life. We have all been there; weave been made fun of for the kind of clothes we wore or how poor we were. Children can be the cruelest of humans at times, thus I had my villain. My hero is an agent with the FBI who, while battling with the ghosts of his past, is sent, along with his partner, to a small town in North Carolina to investigate serial killings. But while there he falls in love with the prime suspect, the wife of a murder victim. Through a series of twists and turns of events, my agent soon finds himself involved with the reporter that crucified him in the newspaper while he was a cop in New Orleans. The climax comes when he figures out who the killer is, and instead of solving the case, he becomes a knight in shining armor to the woman he loves.
