One experimental test flight. Controlled media exposure. Five young crew members. A perfect spring day. You couldnat ask for anything better. Except for what happened to them once in orbit around the Earth. A mysterious message is broadcasted that demands Earthas surrender or imminent death from poisonous gas would be the result. The crew wonders if this is a joke until they see an expanding cloud of sparkling green on the horizon, and their ship is directly in its path!
