Cop and executioner describe the duel persona of Jon Stofferson, a man thrown into a feral orgy of violence and murder. Under his unwitting hand, twelve men have died mysteriously, the victims of demonic attacks. But they were not innocent men picked at random. They were cold-blooded killers who murdered and got away with it until a symbiotic creature hell-bent on retribution made them pay. Slowly headed down into the depths of insanity and dark mastery, the protagonist is tormented by demanding and vitriolic voices from the grave. One, the pious voice of his father who argues that justice is infallible, and the other, his stepfather, who preaches justice is corrupt and ineffective and demands Primal Justice. Trapped between the unrelenting voices, noble justice versus deserved punishment, Stofferson cannot control his actions. Stofferson and a creature, fashioned in the cauldron of his own fractured mind, deliver their own brand of revenge and punishment.
