The story of this young boy begins after World War Two, at the beginning of the Baby Boomer generation. He will be presented with countless challenges throughout his life, some will be near death experiences and others will be obstacles to overcome. His love for his mother will endure even though she does not always acknowledge her love for him. His desire to support and assist his mother is undying. He dreams to be a major league baseball pitcher and works diligently to succeed. His experiences of life are shared with all those he comes into contact with. His friendly smile reaches out to all, as he makes friends easily and develops many relationships. He is never deterred, always thinking positive, defying the negative aspects that keep interrupting his young life. He will not succeed at many levels yet continues to set new goals while working his way toward happiness in his familyas life.
