My book is quite literally a journey through many different experiences Iave had in my life, both good and badafrom the joys of being a mother to the grief and guilt I felt when my son Christian Daniel passed away at the tender age of two and a half. My poetry comes from within and hopefully will help the reader visualize where I was in my heart and in my head when I was writing it. The passion I feel can be at times overwhelming. Some of what Iave written can seem completely dark and lonely, but in all actuality it just comes from some very sad and personal times. These times, though painful, are definitely inspirational. However, not all of them are from sad experiences; some are from truly joyous times as well. As you will see, many other poems are dedications to people with me now, and those who have since passed.
