Memories are a powerful force in our lives. Many of the poems contained within this book are a result of these influences. My poetry is inspired by memories, by people in my life and by my faith in Christ. It is my hope that these words will spark memories in the hearts of the readers and will give food for thought about life. Events such as the births of my children and the births and adoptions of my grandchildren are among my greatest inspirations. Events ranging from September 11, 200l, the reality of life and death, love of family, love for God, and the blessing of good friends are the wide spectrum I have encompassed in this book. I am happy to share my poetry and hope that you will be blessed. Foremost I pray that someone will be drawn closer to Jesus Christ through my poems of faith.
