Itas spring break, that time of year when college students take a vacation from the trappings of higher learning in favor of surf, sun and the endless succession of parties that will continue non-stop over the next seven days. Not on vacation, however, are the death and destruction that follow in the wake of Joey Mitchell, the Spring Break Slasher. And this year Joey has targeted the South to once again grant autonomy to oppressed female college students from North Carolina down through Florida. In a joint effort by the FBI and local authorities to quell this latest in a series of grisly murders before the killer goes back into hiding for another year, no stone is left unturned as evidence continues to point toward two separate agendas and one dirty cop. The kid gloves do come off, but at a price higher than those involved were willing to pay.
