In our dreams, in our fantasies, and many times in our realities, we venture into unknown territories to seek truth in love. Sometimes these searches are in vain and have a mysterious aftermath of sorrow, leading to many a mortal soulsa demise. There are never happy endings. There is only destruction and death. My heart will stay cold now, not be penetrated again with false love Never again to feel the sadness of what love brings, Forever to stay protected from the warm sun, To stay penetrated forever with the icy cold that stings. Spiritual souls never say good bye; they are still here among the living. They may linger behind as if to help mortals who have lost their way; taking on a role, a meaning for the lost life, to somehow forgive life. Love or the lack thereof is the center of most writings, especially those to do with haunting spirits. People will kill or die for love, making the stories emotionally arousing, evoking erotic visions of the supernatural in our minds; these poor souls are supposedly destined to walk the earth until they can forgive time. Black as night is this day For in the black coffin my body does lay Donat cry for me; the heavens do part To let me in now and forever, To forgive and forget my broken heart.
