Old Times in Oildom (1911)

A compilation of some of the darkest and brightest moments though his teenage years, this book touches on issues of suicide, love, hatred, alcoholism, past and often abusive relationships, the abstract, the surreal, and even touches on his more recent attempts at song-writing. The book not only shows the author through poetry, but gives his perspective of death in three short stories included in the compilation. As a first-time published and long-time writer for his age, he hopes to break through and show the world that he was never the child he appeared to be.
