The thoughts contained in this book are genuine, unaltered, honest, real emotions that flowed from my heart and onto paper. Whatever Iam feeling, it seems to run down the paper. I enjoy being able to express myself in a way that others can easily understand. The stigma tied to poetry seems to cause people to not enjoy it. People enjoy reading whatas familiar and easily understood. This is why I feel that writing poetry thatas realistic, honest and aclose to homea in this way will reach those who need to know that they are not alone. No one diagnosis could ever dictate who you really are and why you are who you are. Being aemotionala or asensitivea is not a crime. Freedom of expression is your man-made right, but well-orchestrated thoughts are your God-given write.
