Everything changes; life revolves around change. It’s not like one day you wake up and you’re married with a kid. I mean, there has to be something major in between. I guess that’s what it was-something that passed the time. Adolescence-that’s the time in between. After that, it’s all up to you. You have to figure out what is important and what matters the most. I never thought I’d be here, you know, at this place in my life. I went through a lot of shit before I finally got here. There were times when I wanted to throw my bags down. The only thing that kept me going was her. Even when I was sure everything would fall apart, she would look at me, her lovely dark eyes, and all my troubles would vanish. I don’t know how long love lasts, but I thought it could last forever.
