When God gave me this scripture to use as the title of this book, I was overwhelmed with joy! Nothing could sum things up more beautifully. Close your eyes and envision this beautiful lily surrounded by a thorn bush. That is you, the beautiful lily. God created you special and set apart for His glory. He’s known you by name even before your mother conceived you. This book is meant to encourage women in their relationships with their husbands, especially women with unsaved husbands. We can coexist in peace and harmony with our husbands despite their personality disorders. We are The Lily of the Valley if we have Jesus as our Lord, a lily among thorns.
