Toby McKinney lends his support to BrothersSpeak mentorship group; and often serves as a panel facilitator at the annual UJIMA Black Men’s Conferences. He is recently affiliated with Kappa Psi Kappa Fraternity, Inc. J. Toby McKinney has been working in the social services arena for the past 10 years, and has spent the past several years working exclusively with the senior population in South Florida; first as an HIV Intervention Specialist, where his primary focus was on the senior Black/Islander MSM population; and also as an avid HIV/AIDS educator/supporter. He currently works as a supervisor for a mental health agency.
