This is a true testimony of Jean CrosbyA[a–a[s life before finding Jesus Christ. The life Jean lived as a child was a struggle just being a child. Growing up in gang infested neighborhoods as a teenager in Chicago brought out early survival skills that would be a facet in her life as an adult. Moving from neighborhood to neighborhood, from the westside to the southside of Chicago, hampered her stability needed to grow into a whole adult able to cope with any life situations, especially at the death of her mother. Without stability, love, or guidance she was led into an association with ChicagoA[a–a[s black mob and later a cocaine addiction that would turn her life upside down. Finally she found a lifestyle she wishes she had known earlier in her life. That is life with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. In saying that she claims Corinthians 5: 17: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
