As a terrible winter storm hits the Chicagoland area, Terry Killeen puts on his train conductor uniform for the first time in twenty years. The last time he wore this very same uniform, his violent nature and quick temper caused him to lose half of his eyesight. He is working as a conductor today at the request of his father, a railway executive, who is trying to manage personnel during a workersa strike of the conductors union. What Terryas father does not know is that Terryas idea of work today is to avoid passengers and drink alcohol heavily on the train. The plan is going according to Terryas liking, until several passengers gain his interestato the point where Terry is obsessed with terrorizing them.
