My book is mostly short stories. A lot of the stories are about my life, and growing up, as a child. Poetry and short story’s can describe a scene, tell a story, put over a message, or just make you think about things in a different way. It’s a special way of saying what you have to say. I like the shortness of poems, the fact that a poem can be read and made into an illusion.Poetry brings a shine to words and a depth of meaning. I like the way I can start to write something with just a feeling inside of me, just a few words in my head, but suddenly there is the poem complete.
