Renee thought she was on top of the world when she met Auden. Until Auden turned out to be a jerk. Then Renee realized her best friend of ten years was involved in drugs behind her back. Renee felt lost as mishaps kept coming her way. She didn’t know where to turn or what to think. She was filled with angst and stuck in high school. Having an overbearing and annoying mother never eased the amount of emotions Renee bottled up inside of her.Slowly Renee begins to release her angst as she encounters some new friends and even a boy. Even though life seems better than before, Renee must find a way to complete her trigonometry class. Otherwise she’ll be spending her summer back in the dreary halls of East Silver High.
