By far the most frequent issue presented in the counseling room is Anger. Anger turned inside or unresolved, ferments and often develops into Depression. Depression often turns to severe Insecurity. Insecurity often turns to the silent need for Self-Promotion. Self-Promotion often turns to the need to choose a Victim. Someone to have power over and control of; someone to push down so self can be raised up. Power and Control often leads to Abuse. Abuse in verbal, mental, emotional, physical and/or sexual forms. All forms of abuse lead to the destruction of the person victimized. Abuse causes deep wounds that often determine what direction life will take.
