Captain Stephen Brooks, U.S. Army Special Forces, on loan to the United Nations, is captured while on a secret rescue mission. His captor, learning of the Captain’s expertise and training on every US weapon, from hand-to-hand combat to star wars, proceeds with a high tech-system of brainwashing that creates, from every brain wave and body cell of Captain Brooks’, a greed-driven, cold-blooded techno warrior now code-named Bogeyman.
