Penelope Staten comes to the big city for the best of reasons: love. Instead she is greeted by disappointment. Warning signs were there in abundance but she is not the type to be bogged down with such things. Still reeling from setbacks, she manages to land free residency in a well-off high rise and a job almost immediately. This isnat the plan or the fantasy by any means but she adjusts with minimal difficulty. Fully caught up in the daily struggles and a new hobby, Penelope unknowingly catches the attention of two individuals.
