Chris Ellis was put into the witness protection program for testifying against his friend, John Hammers, in an embezzlement scheme. John spent a small amount of time in prison. When he is released, he teams up with Chris again. They need each other in order to get away from someone who is hunting them down. Through investigating, John finds some of the embezzled money and takes it. But while John and Chris fight between themselves, they must try to discover who is chasing thema]and they must keep the money hidden, even as Chris is being tracked by the FBI.
