What I present in my books is direct observations. I tell you things that I have seen and methods that I have used that work for me. I offer suggestions and possible alternatives. It is solely up to you what you do or don’t do. What I am confident in saying is that if you read my book(s) and want to look fit and feel good, they may give you a new prospective, and hopefully a new outlook on fitness. I want you to know that no matter what shape you are in, any safely designed fitness program is better than doing nothing at all. The goal of Book Two is to get you into continuing your fitness routines with more advance exercises as well as facts about dieting and methods of losing more fat and keeping more muscle. Remember that fitness mind set. Keep this book handy. If you need a bit of motivation read a few chapters. I will be there urging you on.
