A group of high school rebel seniors grow up in a small town with an old myth that an abandoned mental hospital is haunted with the souls of the tormented patients who once resided there. They decide to venture into the abandoned buildings only to discover that the myth is true and find themselves in a life-threatening event filled with terror. Once blood is shed on the dead floor of the building due to an accident, the spirits that dwell inside and the dead building awaken with only one purposeato seek vengeance and consume any living entity that enters their domain.
