This story begins in Montreal, where three RCMP undercover agents undertake an investigation to find the drug pushers who are responsible for the deaths of two university students. In the course of their investigation, they discover that the narcotics distribution ring operating on the university campus has links with a Mafia organization that is involved in the smuggling and distribution of illegal drugs in Montreal. Moreover, they discover that the wholesale supplier of the illegal drugs is a New York-based criminal organization that smuggles the narcotics from Melita, Spain, into New York packed in food tins. After that, the RCMP and FBI agents, working together, trap the next shipment of illegal drugs on their arrival in New York and Montreal, shut down the two criminal organizations and arrest their leaders. Then, the action shifts from New York and Montreal to Spain, where Interpol agents raid the Mafia’s cannery and arrest the mafiosi who operate it. Moreover, they uncover the routes that are set up by the Sicilian Mafia to smuggle narcotics, through Turkey, from the producing countries of Afghanistan and Pakistan to the consuming countries of Europe and North America.
