This is a family’s journey through the trials of losing a loved one. The family is a single mother with two children and a very ill grandmother. During a visit to see Grandma, she explains what is about to happen. Although the family feels grief over losing a loved one, the talk helps comfort the children in such a difficult time. The family goes through the whole process: death, wake and funeral. During the wake or visitation a very good friend of Grandma’s tells the children a wonderful story that they can relate to and understand. The children have learned that death is not final and our loved ones are always around us.
