The Relationality of Race in Education Research

This edited collection examines how the local and global are intertwined in studies of race and racism in Education. Taking a relational approach, the book examines a number of phenomena within race and racism in education globally, including the consequences of colonialism and the place of Indigeneity in education. Drawing together pioneering research from Australia, the UK, the USA and Canada, it presents a range of conceptual and methodological approaches and focuses on a variety of specific local contexts that inform global studies of race and education.
