AT the beginning it is known ty ft fudden heat, anfing from the body, without loathing of food, or wearinefs, but fucceeded with the pain of piagnojlics the head, and ftomach: The pulfe is ftrong, even, and mode rately fwift: The urine is little, or nothing altered: It proceeds moftly from evident caufes, fach as grief, watching, anger, wearinefs, fading, heat of the fun, and the Prognoflics like: It is generally terminated in the fpace of twenty four hours by a gentle fweat, but if it continues after the third day, it degenerates into a putrid fever / O A or into an hectic in hot, dry, and thin bodies, but it is eafily cured if taken timely. SYNOCHUS non Putrida, Diaria plurium dierum, or a fimple continued )iagnojlics fever not putrid: It is known by a pain in the head, or heavinefs, the face is high coloured, and very warm, the O 2 urineurine not much changta from the natural colour: There is difficulty of breathing, an in- ttm'atloA to 5cepv -vvartneft, itching of the noftrils, a great pulfation of the temples, the pulfe, full, great and quick; frognoftics It continues to the fourth, or feventh day, at which time it is %ermlnated by bleeding, 6? fweatlng, it is not dangerous unlefs it degenerates into a putrid /ever.
