Topics include surfaces, interfaces, electronic materials, metal oxides, metal sulfides, radiation detector materials, thin films, carbides, polymers, alloys, nanoparticles, and metal composites. Results reported in the volume address recent advances in X-ray absorption and scattering, imaging, tomography, microscopy, and diffraction methods.
