It was eight years ago when my family attended a spring Elementary School fair and adopted Sunny. He was only four weeks old, orange and white, a fluffy little fur ball…who could actually fit into the palm of Linda’s hand. Once lifted out of the box he began to purr with a sense of joy in his heart. Sunny was adopted by their family. The rest is history. To this day Sunny shows his unique gratitude and unconditional love towards Linda’s family, friends and especially children. He will always be known to all as, Sunny the Daycare Cat . I hope that children of all ages and stages, especially those in Daycare Homes, Center Based Establishments as well as School Systems and all who have ever been touched by the love of a cat will enjoy this book.
