A Song of Nubia: The Northern Invaders

Temefa, the king of the free world called Kura Alata-one of the last in old Nubian Empire-stands opposed to the devastating march of the cruel Valexians from the North, famous for their ironclad ships. But the Valexians are on their way, and when they reach the shores of the Kura Alata, a pitched and bloody battle against overwhelming odds will be inevitable.

Beset by this emerging threat, Temefa must quickly devise a plan to defend his kingdom and its capital, site of the great temple of Arota, and to save his people from the brutality of life in enslavement. To do so, Temefa may have to make the ultimate sacrifice.

A Song of Nubia: The Northern Invaders is a novel inspired by author Angus Fubara’s stories of his own ancestry-the old kings of Ibani Kingdom and their bravery, honor, loyalty, and sacrifices. It tells a story of an ancient civilization wrought and forged from great kings and warriors, highly sophisticated in warfare and weaponry.
