Your overall goal becomes smaller goals, divided quarterly. You’ll kick off the 1st quarter with your 3 month goals. After the 1st down, you’ll begin the process again with your 2nd quarter goals, then at half time, you’ll replay, and review where you are in the process. Every quarter moves you closer to the end zone, your overall goal.
