Cooking with Love recipes are a collection of recipes passed down through the generations and original creations from Martha Gritter. All recipes, both old and new, are best served with a story. Spending time in the kitchen with my Aunt allowed me to learn the history of my ancestors’ ascension from slavery to landowners. I’ve enjoyed hilarious stories such as how a family member accidentally found himself on the FBI watch list. I’ve learned at-home skincare tips, and the best restaurants to visit when traveling internationally. No topic is off-limits, and second and third helpings are welcome.
