"Mina, Mina!" Gidget squealed, bouncing up and down as she sprinted into the house. She was waving a colorful flyer in the air like a flag. "Look at this! The neighbors next door built a haunted house! Can we go, please, please, pretty please?"

Mina Piston looked up from her book. "A haunted house? You know it could be quite spooky..."

She puffed out her chest, standing tall. "I'm not scared of anything! Not even the spooky stuff!"

Mina glanced over at Papa Piston, who shrugged. "Alright, then," she said, standing up. "Haunted house, here we come!"
