In Canada she meets Mr. Buttons, the Scarecrow, who tells her about a secret treasure map that has something special hidden. Mona knew she needed to visit all the sites on the map to find what the map was trying to tell her.

This book is a tale of all the places Mona visits and ventures along cities like Visalia, Sacramento, Juneau, Las Vegas, and more, exploring unique qualities about each and meeting incredible people along the way.
