In the first story, a college-nerd is waiting, desperately, to lose his virginity.

In the second story, a young man is waiting to have sex with a girl who won’t do it unless they’re at least engaged.

In the final story, an elderly woman is reflecting upon her life, how years ago she killed a man, and how all of the years since, she has waited, and feared, being arrested.
