When we fight through a battle, we have to realize that it can weaken our bodies, physically and mentally, if we do not have the right nutrients to gain energy from our source, and get through to the end. During my storms, L.I.F.E. (Lasting Impressions Forever Enjoyed) taught me that I had to learn to eat from the Fruit of the Spirit and understand the purpose of each fruit. In this book, I will bring an understanding of how the fruits will nurture your soul. I know that life is filled with ups and downs, but God made me a survivor!
